From PKL to ePKL; NetterVibration presents product innovation
The new ePKL from NetterVibration, a patented in-house development, now complements the proven PKL series from the vibration technology manufacturer.
NetterVibration looks back on a 70-year history and markets a particularly wide range of vibration technology for a variety of industrial requirements - including hydraulic, electric and pneumatic devices, for which the company is considered a ”hidden champion” and market leader.
Compressed air driven piston
The PKL series includes tried-and-tested impactors, tailored to a wide range of customer needs, which generate impacts comparable to a hammer by means of a piston driven by compressed air. In this way, hard-to-remove adhesions on walls, pipes and containers of numerous industrial plants can be loosened and, for example, hose and bridge formation of bulk materials can be prevented and residues emptied.
Purely electric ePKL
With the purely electric ePKL, systems can now be supplied additionally and with the same effect and quality where a compressed air supply is not possible or desired with reasonable effort. Even at locations without a direct power supply, the ePKL can be easily used as a mobile unit with a rechargeable battery (e.g. at silos located at a distance). The ePKL is just as compact, robust and handy as the corresponding pneumatic models. When using renewable energies, it contributes directly to the sustainability of the processes. Its control unit can be easily integrated into modern ”Industry 4.0” processes, in which, for example, the impactor performance can be optimised flexibly in the sequence to save energy on container fill levels or similar measurement results.
