Ventilation technology solutions
for mechanical process engineering
From April 19 to 23, 2016, the ventilator manufacturer Elektror airsystems gmbh will present customer-specific ventilators for applications in numerous processes in process engineering at the POWTECH Trade Fair in Nuremberg.
In the powder, granule and bulk goods sector, the POWTECH Trade Fair in Nuremberg is seen as the leading trade fair of the industry. Under the slogan “Customer-specific solutions”, the manufacturer of industrial ventilators, headquartered in Ostfildern, will be represented at the trade fair with a booth. Numerous ventilation technology solutions used in the entire process engineering chain will also be on display.
”The steady, dynamic processes in the industry always pose new challenges for our customers. With our decades of experience in process engineering, we are here to provide them with our ventilation technology solutions. Given the theme of the trade fair, it’s an ideal match for our product portfolio,” says Jan Oellers (Dipl.-Kaufmann (MBA)), Head of Sales and Marketing. Aside from explosion-proof blowers (ATEX), conveying blowers and side channel blowers, customer-specific ventilators from the steel and casting sector will be introduced.
For example, an individually adjusted ventilator from the High Efficiency range. The ventilator’s special steel enclosure with two exhaust openings is particularly appealing. The S-HE range is distinguished by its operating point precision and optimised efficiency and is suitable for energy-efficient operation in numerous process engineering processes.
Another highlight on display is an exhibit from the high-pressure range. The radial high pressure blower with frequency converter of type HRD 7 gives an overview of numerous possibilities for accessories, such as sensors, after-lubrication mechanisms and vibration monitors. These components and additional features on the device are used more and more frequently in the construction of systems and in ventilation technology processes. They make it possible for operators to efficiently measure, regulate, control, automate and monitor the system.
Another exhibit at the Elektror trade fair stand focuses on the conveying blowers of type series RD F and CFMT, which are specially designed for material transport. With a ventilation volume of up to 12,000 m³/h and a pressure of almost 7,200 Pa, the particularly robust blowers with welded impellers made of sheet steel are perfectly suited for the transport of light, non-abrasive bulk material.
