United in vision and leadership, ltr: Dr Michael Gawronski, Dipl.-Kfm. Uwe Kahmann and Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Kuppe

Expansion of management at Fagus-GreCon

With effect from 15.08.2023, Fagus-GreCon will in future divide the responsibility for the management of the company between three pairs of shoulders instead of two.
With this step, the company is creating a further prerequisite for profitable growth as well as for driving the transformation process required by digitalisation and globalisation towards a customer-oriented technology leader in the fields of measurement technology and preventive fire protection even more consistently.

”In its more than one hundred year history, Fagus-GreCon has always managed to successfully master new challenges. I am looking forward to shaping the future of this company together with my colleagues and the committed employees in this important phase,” emphasises Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Kuppe, new member of the Fagus-GreCon management.

Dipl.-Ing. Alexander Kuppe takes over the management of Marketing, Sales, After Sales and Service with immediate effect. Dipl.-Kfm. Uwe Kahmann continues to be responsible for all commercial areas of the company and its subsidiaries as well as for the UNESCO World Heritage Fagus plant. Dr. Michael Gawronski continues to head production, R&D and quality and information management.

With an impressive professional career, Mr Kuppe brings very suitable experience. He complemented his degree in mechanical engineering with a focus on process engineering with a part-time Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He started 25 years ago in sales of machinery and equipment requiring explanation and has since held management positions in marketing, sales, service and international business development at global medium-sized companies.

”We are convinced that Alexander Kuppe’s experience and commitment will make him a valuable addition to our management team. Together we will continue the success story of Fagus-GreCon, inspire our national and international customers with our product and service offerings and continuously expand our market share,” emphasises Uwe Kahmann.

Be inspired by new impulses in our Expert Forum, special shows and pavilions, including topics such as explosion protection, food life science technologies, mandatory serialisation, and cleanroom technology. 5. POWTECH – the industry barometer 477 exhibitors from 29 countries and 7,688 trade visitors at the restart of POWTECH in 2022 underscore its importance for nearly all segments of industry, but especially chemicals, pharmaceuticals, metals and food. The process engineering supply chain continues to be a robust growth market. In 2023, POWTECH will reflect the fact that in many sectors, powder and bulk solids processing is being combined with fluid and liquid technologies to form an integrated process, and therefore the event specifically incorporates the processing and handling of liquids in its product range. Moreover, the important industrial sectors of cosmetics and batteries are being included in the exhibition for the first time. So don’t miss out. Make sure you are also part of the 2023 event with its new topics and technologies.
