ENVEA has successfully completed the acquisition of Hycontrol Ltd
ENVEA, comprised of ENVEA Global SAS and its subsidiary businesses, has successfully completed the acquisition of Hycontrol Ltd, headquartered in Redditch, U.K.
ENVEA continues to extend its environmental management capabilities by bringing Hycontrol Ltd into a wide-ranging portfolio that already serves ambient, emissions and process environmental measuring solutions.
Hycontrol is a growing expert business focussed on level measurement, silo protection and foam control applications with a range of class leading products and applications.
Hycontrol’s reach will be extended by partnering with ENVEA’s global sales and distributor network, while the new technologies complement the existing ENVEA offering.
