The Gebr. Lödige Maschinenbau GmbH already introduced their new patented High Efficiency Shovel® at the ACHEMA 2015 exhibition. This new shovel for mixing in a horizontal ploughshare® will also be shown at the Solids Rotterdam!
Innovative concept
The innovative shovel concept of High Efficiency Shovel®, in short HES®, stands out. The open space in the shovel, developed by the R&D engineers of Lödige, is unlike any standard shovel. The advantage of the new design: it allows a significant reduction of the starting torque by about 40 percent and reduces the reactive power. A significant energy savings can be realized.
